Kylie & Dex had plans from the very beginning of the pandemic, to have their wedding one way or another on their planned date. Since it would be a December wedding, we all thought it would be possible. Fast forward to a little over 2 weeks before the wedding and the couple, both, would contract the virus. Thankfully they recovered, and were out of quarantine right before the wedding. The guest list was cut, and included only the couples immediate family and a few vendors.
This wedding is already a forever favorite of mine! Between Kylies vision for her day, and the two vendors that made that vision a reality, it was magical. Michelle from Heaven on earth created the dreamy winter forest backdrop at Venue Chisca. Abby from Envision Events worked with the couple through all of their changes and was their right and left hands on the day of.
The couple had their first look followed by the ceremony. After becoming husband and wife, Mr & Mrs and their families moved to the reception area of the ballroom, for champagne toasts. Cracked Pepper catered in meals and desserts which were delicious as always. Then I took the couple off site for sunset photos…I remember chatting with the couple at their engagement session last year, we both were hoping for snow on the day of. But I love the way their wedding attire looks with all the evergreens and pine trees. It still looks wintery and festive. Congrats again Mr & Mrs Walker! xoxo!
