an after session… we are calling it THE DRESS session. jackie and matt had a beautiful wedding on a very ugly day. it rained most of the morning, thru the afternoon and into the evening. there was a very sort of cozy feeling to the environment which can create very romantic feeling images. BUT the rain was a little stressful as you can imagine….we were very limited with what we could do for photos due to most of the venue being outdoors. this is ONE of the reasons THE DRESS session was created!
no rain, no guests waiting, no worries about the dress getting dirty and the best reason of all… the bride gets to wear her gown AGAIN! of course you do NOT have to have rain on your wedding day to do a DRESS session! for this session matt brought along a fabulous prop! his baby! this car is in mint condition and has a paint job thats kind of hard to work with…simply due to the mirror finish showing my reflection in some of the shots!! lol! i loved the idea and had to play with a few of the images…giving them that nostalgic 70s feeling! and the couple?? sooooo hot! hehhe!
